Great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. There is a reason this place has been here so long. It's a must stop on your way to Helen or where ever reason you may be traveling down hwy.128. There famous for their milkshakes. They definitely have the best shakes on 128 even better than the creamery!!(and I'm sure cheaper)
Their walk-up window is a great feature during this COVID-19 pandemic. Plus, their food is always fresh, hot, and cooked to order. The owners and workers are polite, helpful, and amazing cooks! Definitely worth trying!
I have always loved this restaurant since I was very young. A little grease but I love it. Their Burgers r great and so r their biscuits. Great old time restaurant with great milk shakes too. Just simply and personal. The ppl are great
Recently moved into area, have made a few trips for Biscuits in the mornings. Have purchased from other sources and you do not get as good a biscuit as here. You want fancy, don't come here. Hard to please....keep driving. You want a good cathead biscuit with a fair amt. of ingredients, you found the right place. Have not had lunch here but look forward to doing so. Let's face it, you don't stay in business this long if you are not doing something right. Enjoy. Not my real pic btw.lol
Yes, it is a hole in the wall on the side of the road. As with most places like this, it is amazing! It is a local favorite spot. The burgers and hot dogs are amazing! I got a double burger this time. It comes with ketchup, mustard, slaw and onions. It is perfect! Add some onion rings and you have an amazing meal! I do like their brunswick stew also! Good old fashioned burger place. Great service at the outside walk up window. I can't wait to go back!
